MP4 Converter is a free software that can be used to convert video files. It runs Windows, and support both English and Chinese. Make sure you select 'H.264' as VideoCodec and 'AAC' as AudioCodec. After conversion, upload video files to your file library so that you can watch videos together in a meeting.

For easy upgrading, it is better to install IOMeeting from Android Market. If your device allows 'installation of non-Market apps', you can also download it here. You also needs to install Adobe Air.

For easy upgrading, it is better to install IOMeeting from App Store. If your device is jailbroken, you can also download it here. To test, use email address test1@iomeeting.com, test2@iomeeting.com or test3@iomeeting.com, and password 111111. You can have up to five people in a meeting.

IOMeeting Encoder steams live audio and video in real time for use in IOMeeting. It supports 720p and 1080p, and uses h.264 for high quality. It can compress and upload 8 steams simultaneously. You can use either up to 8 different inputs or up to 8 different bit rates. You need to install Adobe Air first.
